SLAY Blue Eyeshadow Makeup Tutorial

slay blue shadow

I love playing around with colours, but some people feel like they cannot take that chance. It inspired me to do a sultry blue eyeshadow look that is really wearable (for evening events of course). As long as you blend all the time, and use a warm transition shade, this look will be a success. I know at first it doesn’t look like that, but I promise you, once you pop those lashes on girrrrrrrrl. It will look bomb!
